Serves: 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
2 tablespoons chives -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic
 

Preparation:

Whirl all ingredients in blender till smooth. Serve with crisp raw veggies.
