Ingredients:

1 bunch basil
2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons pine nuts
 

Preparation:

combine basil and garlic in a food processor process to a fine puree with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream stir in salt cover and chil for 2-48 hours stir in sour cream and toasted pine nuts serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
