Ingredients:

1 pound healthy choice fat free processed cheese -- cubed
14 ounces canned whole tomatoes -- low-sodium, very well drained chopped
1/4 cup salsa -- commercially prepared
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- chopped
 

Preparation:

1. Combine cheese product, tomatoes and salsa in 1-qt. microwave-proof bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap. 2. Microwave on HIGH, 4 min. or until cheese melts, stirring every 60 seconds. 3. Stir in cilantro. 4. Serve with Crisped Chips and additional salsa, if desired.
